About this website
This website provides general information about home-energy technology and about Grenie's introduction service. It is not technical advice for your specific property. Any recommendation for your home should come from a qualified surveyor or installer following an assessment.
Installation partners
Installation work is carried out by independent partners. Those partners are responsible for their own contracts with you, their technical designs, the installation itself, regulatory compliance, warranties and certification. Your contract for any work is with the installer, not with Grenie.
Enquiries
Submitting an enquiry indicates genuine interest and gives us permission to contact you. It is not a purchase contract, a finance agreement, approval under any grant or scheme, or a guarantee of a free installation.
Schemes and referral fees
Support under the Boiler Upgrade Scheme depends on the rules in force at the time, property eligibility, assessment and an MCS-certified installation. Where we introduce you to a third-party service, that provider may pay Grenie a referral fee; this does not increase the price you are quoted.
